Human remains found

Human remains were thought to be found in Texas; Hailey Dunn went missing more than a year ago. Police reported that they had found human remains one mile from Hailey’s moms ex boyfriend, Shawn Adkins. Adkins is the only person of interest at the time. When police investigated Adkins he had failed at completing three lie detectors. Hailey Dunn was the only person home in Colorado City during the time. During the investigation Adkins told a witness that killing a young girl was like “Killing a deer” which a hobby of Adkins. Billie Jean Dunn Hailey’s mother said that on the night of her daughter’s disappearance she and her boyfriend had take out $140 out of the ATM to by illegal narcotics that night.

Heroin.

A 52-year old Nigerian woman, Bola Adebisi, attempted to smuggle 5 pounds of heroin into the country. She swallowed 190 thumb sized pellets, totaling 5 pounds worth about $150,000. She was caught in the Dulles Int. Airport and beat the previous record of 4 pounds. Which occurred last year. Should people like this be in prison here or back at their home country. Where should they be imprisoned? I believe they should get a total punishment and combined both countries. At least she is a record holder...

Smarter than a kindergartener? or 1st grader?

Lori Ann Madison from Virginia is on her way to the national spelling bee in Washington DC. What's so amazing... she is only 6 years old. She beat out 21 other kids ranging from 6-14. She tells fox "It's hard to put into words really... but at the least I feel great," she is home schooled and will compete from May 29- June 1. She says her parents and memory are what helps her win. Her parents quiz her and she reads lists of words that could be in the spelling bees. She also doesn't judge kids by their ages she judges them on who they are and what kind of people they are. It would be amazing if she one as only a 6 year old.

Sharks!

A polish man named Jan Lisewski, attempted to kite surf across the red sea for the first time ever. He kite surfed across the Baltic Sea last year. He tried the treck, but it took him two whole days to make it 2/3 of the way. After the two days he was exhausted and was very thirsty. He was staying alive with the help of energy drinks, a little water, and 2 energy bars. He fended off the six-foot+ sharks with only a knife. He says "I was stabbing them in the eyes, the nose, and gills". At two days his kite suddenly delated and was stuck in the water. And he sent out a S.O.S. signal and it took the Saudi Arabian Coast Guard 40 hours to locate him. I know I wouldn't want to be stuck in the water for 40 hours.

Freedom

A US man is not granted his wish of freedom, when he and his family asked for him to be released and be able to go home and die in peace. The reason he wasn't granted his freedom was because he was convicted of helping Saddam Hussein in his regime. Federal Judge Nancy Edmunds said "she had no authority with making the decision". Prison officials say he might commit more crimes if he is released. He is dying of a terminal cancer and has only 4 months to live. He is 62 and has only served one year of his 46-month sentence.
